New or Replacement?

A new phone.. Shall i call it a new wan or call it a replacement of the lost phone W850i. I think this is a good deal after talking for more than half an hour under the shed outside 1u which is a phone fair. Anyway lets enjoy by looking at just pictures.. hehehe =P
